Ownership
The Moreld Group is owned by investors and management, with McIntyre Partners owning approximately 45% while the management owns approximately 16%.
As part of the listing process, the Moreld Group plans a corporate restructure, making the Company the new listing entity with 100% ownership of the current parent, Aurora Group Plc, and rolling up all existing shares and warrants into the Company.

We offer a wide range of services such as SURF (subsea umbilicals, risers, and flowlines), moorings, offshore renewables, IRM (Inspection, repair, and maintenance) and CCS (Carbon capture and storage).

Moreld Apply offers a comprehensive range of maintenance and modification services for offshore oil and gas platforms in the Norwegian Continental Shelf. In addition, we provide specialist support for renewable energy projects, including carbon capture, hydrogen, and offshore wind.

Global Maritime is a marine, offshore, and engineering consultancy serving the offshore energy and marine industries. We combine specialist engineering with practical marine expertise, delivering value across the entire lifecycle of offshore projects from 25 offices in 15 countries.

Moreld has approximately 2,000 employees across the globe and is located in 19 countries including Norway, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, China, France, Germany, Poland, Egypt, Azerbaijan, Qatar, the UAE, Indonesia, and Malaysia, giving us access to every major offshore market in the world.
