Besides gaining experience, these talents will contribute with young enthusiasm and innovative ideas for the future. During the one-year board talent program, Beate and Jonas will take part of an experienced board and be given voting rights and responsibilities for company operations, development plans and strategy.
Beate and Jonas were employed in Moreld Apply and Global Maritime after finishing their MSc’s at NTNU in 2018 and 2020, respectively. Since joining Moreld Apply as a process engineer, Beate has become a multidisciplinary resource and is currently working as a Project Engineer. Jonas, on the other hand, holds a master within Marine Technology and works as a structural engineer for Global Maritime. Located in Stavanger, they are both active within social events and involved in engineering union work.
The group management greatly appreciates the interest from all candidates from the Moreld organisation and would encourage new applications at the next opportunity.
